Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Little Red Apple Productions, the small studio behind the Elemental Oracle Deck. By using the app or the site, you're agreeing to what's below. We've kept the legalese light on purpose.

Who you are

You may use the service only if you meet the minimum age for entering a contract or for digital consent in the place you live. If you're a minor under that age, you need a parent or guardian's agreement before you sign up, subscribe, or pre-order the printed deck.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your password (or magic-link emails) safe.
  • One account per person. Please don't share logins; your readings and journal are personal.
  • Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

Subscription & billing

  • The digital deck and daily-practice app is offered on a recurring subscription. Current pricing is shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • 14-day money-back guarantee. If you subscribe and decide it's not for you within 14 days of your first payment, email us at designholistically@gmail.com and we'll refund you in full, no questions about your reasons. After 14 days, you're paid through the current period and we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months or years.
  • Taxes (e.g. VAT, sales tax) may be added by Stripe based on your billing location.
  • We may change pricing for future billing periods. We'll give you at least 14 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Pre-orders for the printed deck

Joining the printed-deck waitlist is free, and adds your email to a list we'll contact once we're ready to print. It is not a binding pre-order, and no money is collected until and unless you place an actual order in the future. You can ask us to remove you from the list at any time.

What you can and can't do

You may use the deck for personal reflection, study, and creative inspiration — including reading for friends and family in informal settings. Please don't:

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially republish the card images, interpretations, or guidebook content.
  • Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm anyone, including yourself.
  • Scrape the AI interpretation endpoint or use it to train another AI model.
  • Try to break into other accounts, the server, or the database.
  • Use the service in a country where it's restricted by law.

What you keep, what we keep

You keep everything you write — your journal entries, your readings, your reflections. We just store and display them for you. The card artwork, the guidebook, the deck design, and the site itself remain the intellectual property of Little Red Apple Productions and the artist, William Braddock, or the deck author, Crystal Schaffner, as applicable.

AI-generated interpretations

When you request an interpretation, an AI model writes it in real time. Two interpretations of the same spread can vary. The interpretation is offered as a reflective prompt, not as a deterministic answer or professional advice. See the Disclaimer for the full picture.

Availability & service changes

We aim to keep the service running, but we can't promise zero downtime. We may add, remove, or change features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you're paying for, we'll let you know and you'll have the option to cancel and get a pro-rated refund of any unused, prepaid time.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account anytime. We can also suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms (e.g. fraud, abuse, attempting to harm the service or other people), and we'll tell you why when we can.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is." We don't promise the card readings will predict the future, the AI interpretation will be perfect, or your life will turn out the way you hope. We hope they help, but we make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Specific consumer rights that apply where you live still apply.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to what you've paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, hurt feelings — though we'll always do our best to avoid the last one). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you're a consumer in another jurisdiction (e.g. the EU, UK), the mandatory consumer-protection laws of where you live still apply.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we'll email you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies. Smaller updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top.
